This was opening day of the 2011 baseball season. So far it's looking like a great year!! And yes, as you can see from the back of the shirts Jacob and Kaden are on the same team, which makes it so fun. The coaches are great with the boys!! GO YANKEES!!

Jeremy and his friend Mike and Aaron went and got hair cutes. They look so nice.....This is after they stayed up all night, and than went and donated blood...... Oh to be young again....Jacob could not stay out of the picture, He thinks these guys are HIS best friends....and they are so nice and kind to Jacob. They always let him tag alone with them....most of the time:)
One of the fun things we have been doing is roller skating!!! We went during Thanksgiving break with the cousins and it was so much fun, that we have been back a few times.... This time Jacob was trying really hard to win a prize. He won!! Playing the Dot Game, he was so excited!! He picked 25 tokens and won a parachute man that you throw in the air. And thanks to his cousin Chandler who went skating with us back in November, Jacob loves to skate and can do it all on his own. Besides the games, Jacob loves the fast skate. Each time we go he gets faster and faster. So much fun!!! We will definitely be doing more family skating........
Jacob has been learning about the different Continents at school, so Friday was Explorer Day. I got to be South America. A clue was read and the kids had to guess where they were? And then they got a prize. It was a very fun day.....but i didn't get any pictures of Jacob the explorer. Next time!!
Here are some of the things I've been doing this weekend, I brought the canner home from the church cannery and canned come Steel Cut Oats, Sliced Dried Potatoes, and Dried Hash Brown Potatoes. Early in the week I had gone to the cannery and canned some Hot Chocolate. Now to start thinking about what I will be canning next month........

The BYU Folk Dancers

Today I got to attend the BYU Folk Dancers Performance with the youth of our stake. They were in need of drivers and I was asked if I could help. These were the youth that I got the privilege to drive and hang out with. It was a very fun afternoon, and an amazing performance by the dancers. Thanks Alison,Jessie, Courtney, Kyler, Sophia, and Karshner for letting me hang out with you, and also take pictures to put on facebook:)
This was one of the performers, (the guy in the orange shirt). He is from spain, and not only did he play an instrument, he also sang. Everyone was very excited to see him after the show, and wanted to let him know what an amazing job he had done. So another kodak moment:)
Posing with a few of the performers after the show. I had so much fun hanging with these fun young people!!
